New Summer Readiness Programs Support Children from Kindergarten Through Third
Grade with Both Physical and Digital Learning Options

FLUSHING, Mich. — Playground Press is excited to announce the launch of the new
Bridge To™ Series, a collection of summer readiness programs designed to help
children confidently transition into Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, and Third Grade.


Created by former classroom teacher Melanie Ralbusky, the Bridge To Series was
developed to help families make the most of summer while ensuring children are
prepared for the school year ahead.


"As a teacher, I saw how important confidence is to a child's success," said Ralbusky. "When children feel prepared, they are more willing to participate, try new things, and embrace learning. We created the Bridge To Series to help children enter the next grade feeling ready and excited."


Each program provides eight weeks of engaging activities that reinforce important
reading, writing, math, and critical thinking skills while introducing concepts children will encounter in the upcoming school year.
Families can choose between professionally printed workbooks, digital resources, or a
combination of both, giving parents the flexibility to learn at home, while traveling, or
wherever summer takes them.


The Bridge To Series includes:

• Bridge to First Grade
• Bridge to Second Grade
• Bridge to Third Grade


More than just a summer program, Bridge To is part of Playground Press's Preschool-
to-Third Grade Learning Pathway—a year-round system of educational resources designed to help children build confidence and master foundational skills throughout
their early learning years.


Following the summer program, families can continue learning with monthly educational
resources available in both physical and digital formats, creating a seamless learning
experience from one grade level to the next.
